Welcome to Lunabean's 24: The Game(TM) Walkthrough and Strategy Guide. This guide will walk you through each of the 58 missions in the game. Whether you're stuck as Jack, trying to take out the rooftop helicopter, as Chase, trying to lose the cops who are chasing you, or as Sean, trying to locate the rooftop snipers before they take out the Vice President, this guide will get you through it successfully.
Please note, because the missions in this game differ so vastly, this introduction is going to be quite short. Instead, explanations are given as you encounter new things in the game. If you're stuck with a basic function, like how to hack, find the first time you encounter this in the game and look for it in the guide. With that being said, there are a few things I'd like to mention before getting started.
This guide is written based on the default controller option, Config A. You can switch up your controls by hitting "Start" > "Options" > "Control". This will also provide you with a controller map, so you know what button does what. If you opt for a different control configuration then ignore any controller specifics I provide, or you will find yourself quite confused. With this being said, I couldn't stand the default camera and aim options. If you find yourself having camera and/or aiming issues, hit "Start" > "Options" > "Camera", then switch Camera Tilt and Camera Pan to "Inverted". Next, go to "Start" > "Options" > "Aiming" and switch Control Invert to "Inverted". Or mix it up a bit. Find what feels right for you and go for it.
Your PDA is quite useful, particularly the map. Pull the PDA up by hitting "Select", then use the D-Pad to scroll right and view the map (if there's one available). If I use directions (north, south, east, west), they are in reference to the PDA map.

Once again, the criteria for earning the bonuses is revealed at the end of each mission, and it's fairly self-explanatory (head shots, accuracy, damage to vehicle, etc.). The only item I had trouble with was restraining civilians. To restrain a civilian, you must first announce yourself in some way to them ("R2"). Then approach them from behind and hit "X" to restrain them. Restraining enemies doesn't require the announcement, but, if you're trying to increase the number you restrain, it does help. So does a bullet in the leg.
With that, you are ready for the game and the guide. Enjoy yourself. Even if the mechanics of the game are weird, and the graphics are lacking a bit, it's a whole new "24" adventure and storyline, which is always a good thing.
