Al Mualim - Assassination

Head up the path towards the fortress. When you get to the path leading to the fortress you'll be attacked. Keep fighting until Malek and some fellow assassins rescue you. Head up the path to them.
After the conversation head to the fortress. "Gentle Push" your way through the crowd outside and then go up the stairs. Don't go all the way up to where Al Mualim used to be, instead, go out into the garden (just head to the marker).
Step out into the square tile area for a cutscene.
Kill all nine assassination victims
They're baaaack. Use Counter Attacks to dispose of the nine men whom you killed.
Assassinate Al Mualim
Mualim will start messing with you. At first he makes nine copies of himself. Use "Eagle Vision" to reveal the real Mualim, who appears in yellow. Kill him to continue. Note, since there are a lot of Mualims, it may be easiest to kill a few of them so that you can more easily get to the real one. In other words, if you just kill all of them, eventually one will be Mualim.
For his second act, he'll disappear each time you either Counter Attack or Grab Break him. Each time he disappears he reappears in another area of the garden. Be sure to pull out your sword after each disappearing act (because for some reason you put it away). You can use your map to help you find him. Also, the piece of Eden is glowing orange, which makes it easy to spot him.
After you've knocked him down about five times it'll be normal fighting time. Like your last two assassinations, this one requires that you knock him down and then quickly equip your Hidden Blade to assassinate him.
Walk up to the orb. After seeing what is contained in the piece of Eden you'll automatically be taken back to the lab.
Laboratory
Egad man! Use your Eagle Vision to see some freaky markings. Go into the bedroom and look at the wall in Eagle Vision.
The credits will roll, but just hold on. After the credits you'll be back in the bedroom and can wander as you please.
Ending and Freeplay
Enter the Animus and look up so that the Memory Blocks are highlights. You can scroll to any one you want and replay it. If you want some more information regarding what happened after the Mualim assassination, choose "Memory Block 7" and then highlight "View Attachment".

To read the triangle and square puzzle, read it from right to left, reading up each column. I'll start you out with the first few words of the triangle puzzle: "They drained my soul...".
Additional Memories
These are extra tasks and collectibles in the game. They are not necessary for completion and don't get you anything for them except for achievement points (Xbox 360). If you want to hunt them down, knock yourself out.
