Run up the stairs and go through the blue translucent curtains and continue up. Jump into the train car. Go through the train car, kill the two enemies and jump out of the car at the other end. You'll see the remaining two Kestrels.

You have to fight the second Kestrel inside the station. In addition to the Kestrel, there are a lot of enemies either shooting at you or fighting you. These enemies give you plenty of opportunity to fill up on health if you are low. Activate your BLOOD RAGE when attacking the Kestrel. When your health wears down do some feeding then return to the Kestrel and continue to slash away. Like the last Kestrel, this one will flee when her health gets low.
Go up the fallen catwalk to the top of the train. Take the pipe across to the top of the other train. Go to the end of the train and you'll see the Kestrel in the upper right corner. In front of you is a bar that you can jump to and do your acrobatics. Turn on your AURA VISION if you're having trouble finding the bar. Swing over to the Kestrel where you'll get a cutscene of you killing her and a quick glimpse at where the third Kestrel is located; in the Club.
SILVER CIRCLET acquired (Do a circle on your control stick + Blade Button).
Jump down from the catwalk, go to the other side of the station, and find the opening along the wall near the two burning barrels. Work your way through the rooms, killing as you go. Soon you'll come to a large hallway where green acid is raining down from the sprinklers overhead. Avoid the acid by climbing over crates and take out enemies as you come to them. You'll soon get to a staircase, go up.
Work your way through the rooms, go up the metal staircase. In fact, go all the way up the metal staircase until you can't go any further. An enemy will be shooting at you from the other side. Shoot him. Activate your AURA VISION and notice the bars that you can swing from and swing across the station to the next catwalk platform. Shoot the explosives at the far end where the enemies are shooting at you in order to take care of them quickly. Then, walk down the partial staircase and jump to the other partial staircase to your left, go up onto that platform, jump to a bar, and swing to the far end. Go through the opening which will drop you into a vent. You'll get a quick cutscene of the Kestrel. Run through the vent and drop down again, into the next vent.
You are trapped. To raise the gate you have to Harpoon a body into each of the two electrical boxes on either side of the gate. However, a body will only stay on a circuit for about 10 seconds. You need to get a body on each circuit box to make the gate rise. The gate will rise for the amount of time that the two bodies are there. When the gate is raised enough for you to go under, do so.
Work your way through the rooms and you'll soon get to a staircase. Fight your way up the two staircases, go around, and go through the gray door. There is a SECRET DOOR in this area (although it may be at the top of the next set of stairs). Hop down the shaft. Go forward in this hall and up the stairs. At the top, go through the door and kill off the enemies in this room and go up the metal stairs. Kill the guys at the top and go through the large glass window and drop down.
You are in a large warehouse area. Go up to the catwalk and kill everybody there. Continue to kill everyone in this area until all is quiet. When the area is clear, get on the ground floor of the warehouse (not the catwalk) and face the office window where you came from. Go right and forward and find the open door and go through. Then, simply run forward and drop down into the vent.
Go forward, kill the enemies and head down the stairs on either side leading down to the club. Fight the many enemies in this lobby area. There are a couple of good spikey structures on either side of the dance floor; good for Harpoon impaling. Once everybody is dead, go to the left of the main staircases (if facing them), around the corner and through the door.
You are now on the main dance floor. In order to get the Kestrel out of the sound booth you have to Harpoon and toss four enemies into each of the four speakers. Much like the gate you had to raise earlier, the bodies will stay attached to the speakers for a limited time you so have to be quick. Try to move your control stick in the direction of the speaker that you want to throw the enemy at. Just keep trying and don't lose your patience. It may take a while and you may have to wait for four enemies to re-gather.
From the dance floor, clear out the rest of this area including behind the bar. Go up the stairs, work your way around the balcony and continue up the stairs to the next balcony. Toss enemies over the railings for quick kills. There are two open doors on this balcony. One, to the right of the stairs, is simply an empty room. Go through the other one, on the other side of the balcony.
There are two enemies in front of you. Lock-On to the ceiling above them and use your Harpoon to collapse the ceiling on them. Work your way up the hole you created in the ceiling. Go forward, and follow the path, taking out the enemies. Go through the rubble and you'll soon see that you are above the club. In front of you is a grated duct. Turn on your AURA VISION. You'll notice that you can jump up this duct work. Do so. At the top, shoot anybody who is shooting at you.

Look around to find the Spiral Staircase in the corner. Then, turn on your AURA VISION to find the bars that you can jump to and swing from to get to the platform near the Spiral Staircase. From the platform near the Spiral Staircase, simply jump to the Spiral Staircase and go up. If you fall, you may get lucky and the game will place you back up on the duct. If it doesn't, it's easier to die and restart from last checkpoint.
At the top of the Spiral Staircase kill the enemies by Harpoon tossing them through the glass and letting them fall all the way to the floor below. Then, head up the stairs.
You are now in the clock gear room. There are a bunch of huge gears spinning around. Turn on your AURA VISION and find the pole and climb it. Jump onto the gear below. Go around the gears to the bar with the other acrobatic bars above it. Start swinging up. You'll see another gear and pole you can climb. Do so. At the top of this pole, wait for the large counter-weight near you to drop down. Jump onto it and ride it up.
Ephemera has a nasty way of regenerating her health. I whacked at her for a good few minutes before I realized that I wasn't doing any good. I then ran up the stairs to a higher area and Ephemera told me that this was not a good place to fight and she left. I don't know if simply running up the stairs triggers her to leave or if I attacked her a certain number of times. Either way, run up the stairs and if it doesn't trigger her to leave, keep attacking her.
Ghost Feed acquired (Double Tap "Aura Vision") button. Ghost Feed allows you to send a ghost out to feed on an enemy and you'll gain the Health.
