Run forward and right to locate the gate to Newton's Tomb. Once inside, wait for the guard to get close to the puddle in the middle of the floor, then sneak behind the cart and push it at the puddle. It will zap the guard. Sneak up behind the second one to take him out. When the room is guard-free examine Newton's Tomb. Within the tomb examine the Celestial Orb, Sir Isaac Newton, the Planets, and the Hole among the Planets. Zoom away from the Hole and use the Priory Ring on it. Collect the Sun Orb. This will reveal to you five scroll poems, each of which must be solved.
The first poem referenced the Canterbury Tails, which were written by Chaucer. So, return to the Main Hall and locate Chaucer's Tomb, which is next to the blue covered scaffolding to the right. Upon examination you'll be pulled into a Latin Inscription. Examine it. Next, examine each of the Canterbury Tales Characters above the Inscription. The Pardoner, to the far right, was told to absolve people of their sins. Noted. Next, pan all of the way to the bottom of the tomb and examine the Shield. Insert the Sun Orb into the middle piece. When this is done you can slide the tiles around to spell out "PARDONER" in a clockwise circle, starting with "P" in to top left square. When this is complete a Large Ring will be revealed. Take it to complete the puzzle. Checkpoint.
The second poem is referencing Shakespeare. Check the sign next to the blue covered Scaffolding to learn that Shakespeare's Statue has been moved to the Restoration Room. If you check the map near the entrance, you'll discover the Restoration Hall is located at the end of the Cloister. Go ahead and collect the Brush from the front pocket of the Workman's Jacket (inside the Workman's Cabinet, next to the blue Scaffolding), then pass through the door that leads to the Cloister (next to the entrance to Newton's Tomb).
Run forward, toward the guard and the crates. Grab the Large Bandage, then locate the Hanging Lantern rope. When the guard pauses beneath the lantern, follow the on-screen prompts to quickly take him out. Move through the door at the end of the hall.
Move into the alcove to the right and flip the light switch. This will draw a guard your direction. Get in "Wall Ambush" position, then "Attack" him when he reaches you. Move down the hall and hop into the left alcove. Repeat the light switch/wall ambush trick with him. There are two more guards for you to deal with. While you've run out of lights, the wall ambush is a great technique to use against them. Also, I do suggest dragging these guards into the alcoves when you're done with them, as more guards will be coming, and they have the potential to wake the guards up from their slumber.
At the end of the hall is an open room with Shakespeare's Statue inside. However, it's too dark in the room to see anything. So, before entering, open the door next to the open room at the end of the hall. Collect the Large Bandage and hit the Fuse Box behind the open door. This will draw a guard your way. Wait for him to pass then enter the newly lit room and examine the statue. Examine the Scroll he's holding. You'll find it's covered in mildew. You need to clean it.
Return to the open doorway and examine the Pallette to the left of it. Collect the Bolt Cutters from the Open Box (at this point I also had to fight the two guards who returned...I suggest wall ambushing one at the open door). With the Bolt Cutters in hand, return to the Cloister, and be aware of any guards who may have been awakened.
Combine the Marble Cleaner with the Brush, then use the Soapy Brush on Shakespeare's Scroll. Examine it, then place the Large Ring on Shakespeare's Finger. This will reveal a Hand Crank. Puzzle solved.
Backtrack to the Main Hall and locate King Henry III's Tomb (near the Scaffolding closer to the entrance). Once found, examine it and place the Hand Crank in the center hole. This will allow you to turn each of the letters on the tomb. Do so and spell out the word "TEMPLES". This will reveal the Kind Symbol. Collect it. Done.
To get to the next Tomb you must move the Scaffolding behind you. Examine it and release the two brakes on the wheels. Push the Scaffolding aside and use the Bolt Cutters on the lock. Enter St. John's Chapel.

There's one guard here, so knock him out then examine the Tomb. Combine the Unusual Cylinder with the Sun Orb, then place the Sun Orb Cylinder in the Sun Orb Hole. This will reveal a Torn Scroll. Pan down to the Empty Space and place the Torn Scroll in your inventory on it. Next, swap the tiles to create an image. This is tough, and I can't really explain it in words, but here's what I will tell you. Look very closely at the tiles and note that four of them clearly have a top rim and four of them clearly have a bottom rim. Place the top rimmed tiles on the top row and the bottom rimmed tiles on the bottom row. If you look even closer you should be able to spot right and left sides to some of the tiles. Put them on the right and left sides. From here, begin to fill in the image. I suggest doing so from the bottom-up, as building the pillars up was how I, ultimately, solved it. Please note, the bottom row goes a little something like this: Bottom left corner piece, small people, small pillars, larger pillars, dark right corner piece with rectangular opening. Checkpoint.
Once you place the tiles in the correct order you will be put in front of Teabing. Tell him "I thought you told us...", then try to solve the Cryptex by spelling out "PAYENS" (revealed in the last cutscene). Next, say "You are the one responsible", then "You are no better...", followed by "And now you have taken over". These answers should give you enough time to spell out "PAYENS". If not, keep trying to point out Teabing's hypocrisy for time extensions. Keep in mind, however, that incorrect answers will cause you to fail and you'll have to restart from the beginning of the Cryptex puzzle.
