Turn around and run to the chapel entrance. Put your back to it and move left. Locate the Stone Memorial and examine it. Collect the Match Box from its shelf, then move along to the next wall. Locate the red curtains and pull them open with the rope. Light the candle so you can read the Latin Inscription, which speaks of "Truth". Continue forward and explore the altars, on of which contains the Ceiling Journal. Read it, then examine the three pillars near the altar, the Apprentice Pillar, the Journeyman Pillar, and the Master Mason Pillar.
Return to the Stone Sculpture and insert the Stone Lid into it. Turn it to reveal the Lily Disc. Return to the Star of David Gate and insert the Rose Disc in the "Love" slot, the Lily Disc in the "Purity" slot, the Daisy Disc in the "Innocence" slot. This will open the gate.
Move forward then left. Examine the Bleeding Angel and collect the Oddly Shaped Stone from it. Continue into the next room where you'll find a Stone Slab in the middle of it. Examine it and the Star Symbol. Next, push the Wicker Boxes out of the way to reveal a Trapdoor. It's not ready to be opened yet, so return to the main hall.
Examine the Stone Memorial at the foot of the stairs and read the Latin Inscription. Next, locate the Globe and spin it until you find the Missing Piece Hole. Insert the Oddly Shaped Stone into it. This will reveal a Star Disc. Collect it and return to the Star Symbol next to the Trapdoor. Insert the Disc, then solve the tile swap puzzle. This one is much easier than the last. Again, use the borders first, then fill in the middle. Once you've created the image the Trapdoor will open up. Move through it and enter the Secret Library.
Locate the Photo Album in the back left corner of the Library and examine it. View both pages of Newspaper Clippings. Next, examine both sides of the Mural. This is all that's necessary to complete the level (and the game).
