Gun Runner
Go and knock the arms off the dealers' cars. Hit the trucks and knock the crates off of the back. Break them open (if they're not already) and get out of your car and collect each crate's content. Then, after you've collected the weapons you'll have to kill the rest of the arms dealers. Just run 'em down or shoot them with one of your fancy new weapons.
You've earned $2,000.
Boomshine Saigon
Get Phil to the Hospital. You're virtually drunk. Get to the Pink dot.
Phil's Place asset completed. You can now buy lots of neat weapons from Phil.
You've earned $4,000.
