Kill Don Fernando Delgado

From the start, head right and follow the outside wall until you come to a door. Go through it. You'll see some crates that will allow you to climb over a wall. If there is a guard, wait to climb the crates. If the worker is there (he's in overalls), you can climb the crates as he doesn't care. On the other side, walk directly toward the house. There is a sleeping guard, sitting against a wall, on the left. He won't move as long as you're quiet. On the house is a drain pipe. Climb it. Go through the balcony doors.

You are inside. Go through the left door and go down the stairs. At the bottom, pick the lock on the door. Quietly enter the bedroom where there is a VIP Guard sleeping. Next to the bed, on a chair, is a Suit VIP Guard. Switch into it. This uniform grants you access to the entire compound. If you want, grab the various weapons in the guard's bedroom (you won't be using them but having them will add to your reward money). Exit out of the bedroom via the door and you'll be in the main hallway, first floor. Exit out the main doors to the courtyard.

Turn right and head toward the wooden arbors. Look to your right and you'll see a drain pipe on the house at the end of the wooden arbors. Climb the drain pipe. Get onto the roof. Go through the window. Don Fernando Delgado is either in this room, playing the Cello, or in the next room looking over the balcony. Wait for him to stop playing his Cello and go to the room where he overlooks the balcony. Sneak up behind him and push him off. There is a sleeping guard on the couch near the balcony, but he shouldn't bother you. Exit the house however you like.

Kill Manuel Delgado

Head to the Wine Cellar. Go through the arched wooden door. In front of you is a pulley system. Stand by the pulley. Wait for the guard to go down the stairs. Place a bomb on the pulley system. You'll be using this as a distraction (although you can use this to kill Manuel, see "Alternatively"). If you got here quickly, Manuel will still be in the cocaine processing area with a friend of his. Manuel will move toward you, from the cocaine processing area, through the wine cellar, to a table where he does a line of cocaine (there is also a bin in this room where you can hide a body). When you see him leave the processing area, go up the stairs and stand by the pulley, which will cause the guard to go down the stairs (you don't want to blow him up, which is why you're moving him). Go back down the stairs. Detonate the bomb (make sure you didn't kill anybody) and enter the room where Manuel is at the table doing a line of cocaine. The explosion has caused several guards to run through the area to investigate. When it's only you and Manuel remaining, use your Poison Syringe on him and hide his body in the bin behind the barrels.

If you're having trouble with guards seeing you when you poison Manuel, wait for Manuel to make a loop. He'll go up the stairs, outside, and come back down where he'll eventually take another line of cocaine. He'll repeat this loop giving you many opportunities to detonate the bomb and make sure that all guards have left the room where he's doing the line of cocaine.

Alternatively, you can wait for Manuel to walk underneath the booby trapped pulley system. Again, make sure that there is no guard at the top of the stairs (if so, go up to him to make him go down the stairs) before you detonate the bomb. The pallette will fall, crushing Manuel. As long as you didn't hurt anybody else, the guards can find Manuel's body and it won't count as a "Body Found".

Escape

There are two ways to escape. The quick way is to go into the cocaine processing area, via the hidden wine vat door, and ride the elevator down to the Hangar. Go up to the sea plane and hit "Escape".

The long way allows you to change back into your Suit so that you're not charged $5,000. Exit the wine cellar and go into the main doors of the Hacienda. Hang a right, heading back to the room where you got the VIP Guard Suit. Change back into your Suit, and exit out the way you originally got into this room; by going up the stairs, out onto the balcony and down the drain pipe. Head to the back of the compound, where there is a trail leading down to the docks (Don Fernando's body is on the trail). Use coins to distract the guards (or just sneak by them) and make your way to the sea plane.
