01 - Eliminate the fighters before landing
This is another nasty battle and one in which you may instantly die about 2 minutes into. I still haven't figured out why. I haven't found any huge mega laser or anything coming at me. I think it's just from the sheer quantity of fighters out there. Anyway, here's what I did. First, take out the 3 turret guns on the Tombship that you are facing. Don't worry about the rest. If you find that you are getting blasted by one during battle, take it out if you want. Otherwise, I tried to stay away from the Tombship as much as possible. So, take out the little fast fighters as quickly as you can. The faster you take them out, the better. Once you get the first few waves of them taken care of start going after the blue graceful ships. Make sure to have your homing missiles activated. Finally, go after the slow moving ships. They are the least of your worries and can be saved until last. Again, this is a nasty battle and it has just as much to do with luck as skill. So, just keep at it. When they're all gone, objective complete.
02 - Land in the Tombship hangar
As you land, go into your ship's machine gun and take out the two sentry robots. Then, upon landing, take out anyone and everyone that the gun will reach. Then, stock up and exit the ship.
03 - Pursue Richter and retrieve the disk

Go through the green lit door on the right of the hangar if you're facing the same way the front of the ship is. Take out the enemies. Clear both the upper and lower parts of the room. There are 3 green lit doors in here. One in front, one to the right, one to the left. Go through the right one and you're in a room with a central orange beam. Clear it out. Go through the other side. Follow the hall up the stairs. You are up above the central orange beam room now. Before you go through the green lit door, go into the side hallway and man the remote gun. Take out the two guys. There are also some good supplies in the wooden crates in this room. Then, proceed through the green lit door and the next one. You will now be in a hallway lined with baddies. Take them out and go through the door at the end and follow the path to another up above orange central beam room. Find the stairs going down and go down. Take out everybody in the now lower part of the room and proceed. You will soon be in the chapel room. There are a bunch of pews and the altar opposite you. Don't worry about going into this room. For now, turn right and find the green lit door on the same wall as the door you just came out of to get into the chapel room. Go through and take out the guys on either side of the elevator. Take the elevator down.
Go forward and take out the guys in this crate storage room. In the large wooden crate is some Health and Ammo. Go through this room and through the next one. It will appear as if it is a dead end. Backtrack to the previous crate room and go through the green lit door that is now on your left. Keep going through green lit doors until you get notification of objective 4.
04 - Gain access to the mainframe room and reconfigure the data stream
I don't know why it allowed me to go to this objective without having gotten the disk of objective 3. Perhaps I picked it up somewhere and didn't realize it. The first time I played through the game I though I got it, but, I guess I didn't. Anyway, we're onto objective 4.
Open the door and take out the guys across the way. Then, go around this little balcony and through the door. Watch out for the ceiling mounted gun. Through the door at the bottom of the ramp there are some more baddies...take them out. You'll think it's another dead end. At the bottom of the ramp, go down the right offshoot hallway and find the duct in the floor on the right side. Drop down. This leads directly to the mainframe room. Push the button on the central orange column and objective complete.
05 - Get into the Tombship main bridge
All the bad guys have now been reprogrammed. They should be shooting at you anymore although some of them might be. Go up the ladder and you'll see exactly where you are. Go right and down the hall through the now open door. Keep going through open green doors until you get to the bridge. It shouldn't be long. You'll get a cut scene of the ship going through the wormhole.
06 - Reverse the direction of the Watcher wormhole
You start off in the bridge. Go through the green lit door on the right. This leads to the hangar. Fight the elite blue glowing guards and when they're gone a ship will land. Some ghost alien dudes will come out. Don't worry about anything except for running to the blue glowing beam underneath the ship. Run to the beam and you'll be inside the ship. Take the controls and you'll automatically be launched.
You are now flying one of the blue graceful ships. Yay! Except you only have a primary weapon. Whatever. Just start killing all the other fighters. Really not a tough battle, but a long one. Once you have all the enemies killed, land. Exit your ship and you'll be inside the alien's vessel. Go through the door that opens. This is also a good time to tell you about your alien gun. This is the gun all the way at the bottom of your selection menu. To use it on the alien ghosts, shoot them with your primary trigger and that will freeze them. When the gun turns blue, use your secondary trigger to blast them.
So go through the door and drop down the sparkly tunnel. Follow it. When you get out, go right and go through the center room, through the next green circle door and all the way down the tunnel. You'll find a crawl tunnel on your left, near the end of the tunnel. Go in and when you get out run to your right.
OK, at this point you can choose to try and fight the alien dudes. My advice though, is to run, run, run. So, keep running all the way down this blue glowing oval hallway. If you get to a green circle door, go through and through the next one. Just keep running until you get to a circular room with a green circle on the floor. Step onto the green circle. It's an elevator going down. Neato.
At the bottom go through the green circle door and run like hell until you get a checkpoint indicator. At this point you can go right or left. Go right and here's what you do. Running the whole time of course, run until you see a green door on the right. Go through. Turn right. Keep running until you see a green door on the right. Go through it, turn right. See where I'm going with this? Keep doing this until you get indication that you have reached your next checkpoint. Don't worry about the alien dudes or the normal guys who are there. Just run. Keep running and soon you'll get to a room with another green circle elevator on the ground. Step onto it.
At the bottom of the elevator, you'll have a choice of 2 green circle doors. One is a dead end. Go through the other. You'll be on a spinny turbine thing. Just run across it the best you can. If you fall, the checkpoint isn't too far back. On the other side go through the door and you'll be in more oval glowing hallways. What's that? Yes, just keep running down these hallways until you get to the circular room that has the green circle door on the left and it's a tunnel. At the end is a major health stash. Thank god as I just did the entire part up to this point with 6 health.
Approach the blue football looking thing on your right and activate it for objective complete.
07 - Destroy the Watcher station reactor
Go through the other green door and you'll meet up with Richter. Take out your Super Gun and blast him while avoiding his attacks. If you run out of Super Gun ammo I recommend rockets or remote mines. After a few tries you'll kill him and he'll impale himself. If you're damaged, go back for some health.
08 - Retrieve the disk
A platform will extend to where you just killed Richter. Pick up the disk at the end of the bridge/platform.
09 - Destroy the Watcher station reactor
Follow the next hallways and open the green door. There is a ghost alien there. I recommend you take this one out. Use your alien gun, get him locked and then blast him with your secondary trigger. Go down the elevator. At the bottom go through the green circle door. Take out the two aliens in here and then go into the glass transport and push the button to make it go. When it stops, get on the ship.

Now, you're going to have to fly very slowly and very carefully. As soon as you have control of your ship, stop it. The door below you will open. Carefull fly down there. Now, level yourself off. Fly slowly to the other end of the oval hallway. Remember, you can use your D-pad left and right to strafe. Anyway, fly down to the end of the hallway. Then, turn around at the green door. Please take note of this green door because it is how we're getting out of here later. Now, there will be another door in the floor that you can fly down and enter the tunnel. There are several beams going across, so take your time and navigate the tunnel. The tunnel kinda goes up at the end. Fly through and go through the red landing indicators. This will take over your ship. Exit your ship and approach the blue orb. Activate it. Don't worry, nothing is going to happen except that it'll turn red and open. Go back into your ship.
As soon as you have control of your ship again, stop it. Now, pivot up and look for the blue glowing spinning prongs up above you. Shoot them. Objective over.
10 - Jump back through the wormhole
OK, so you just blew up the prongs. Now, pivot back down and go back through the tunnel. You only have 35 seconds
to get out of here. Follow the tunnel back to the door in the ceiling. Remember that green door that I told you to
notice earlier, well, go through it. If you make it, that's it. Game over!!!!!
