At the beginning you'll be given a support objectives, Support: Shutdown Power Generator. Noted. Move forward and pass through the door. Crouch, then sneak behind the metal crates to your left. Take cover and look forward, along the catwalk, for a roaming guard. Pass the time by shooting out the hanging lights above. When the guard comes, take him out immediately and silently by aiming for the head. The goal is to not allow him to draw the attention of others, who will set off the alarm. If the alarm goes off, pick off the men as they come. However, try not to set the alarm off.
Assuming the alarm was not set off, crouch and continue moving around the catwalk, staying close to the outer wall (once you turn the corner). Take cover at the first doorway and you'll spot a guard around the corner. Take him out, then, from your position, look toward the far end of the catwalk. Here you'll spot a guard in front of a green door. Eliminate him, then move toward the door he was guarding. Before passing through, look to the right. Note the guard protecting the red lit door. Eliminate him, then move through the green lit door.

Be prepared to quickly eliminate a roaming guard. If he's not in view, he's in the alcove along the left wall. Either way, take him down and make your way down the stairs, shooting the above lights as you go. Take cover along the right wall after the second flight of stairs, and look into the room below. You should spot a single guard. Wait until his back is to you and take him out silently. This may or may not alert the guards in this room. Whether it does or not doesn't really matter as they won't set off the alarm. So, take them out as you wish (barrels are fun). Collect a KSI-74 from one of the fallen guards, the Nightvision Goggles from the crate near the staircase, and note the waypoints that lead you to a laser protected crawlspace beneath the stairs. Ignore the crawlspace for now (you'll be back), and, instead, move down the hall in the back right corner.
Shoot out the lights as you move down the hall, then take out the two men waiting for you in the room at the end. When they're down, hit the button on the console to the left of your entrance to complete the Shutdown Power Generator objective. Unfortunately, this will also trip the alarm.
Backtrack to the above mentioned laser covered crawlspace and hack the security pad next to it. Crouch and crawl through the vent. You'll emerge in a fan tunnel. Run to the far end of it and find the crawlspace to the left. Move through it and approach the scientists. Knock them out so they don't decide to get frisky, then move up the stairs.
Move beyond the servers and down the next set of stairs. Quickly knock out the three scientists here, so they don't trigger the alarm and pinpoint you location for the others. When they're out, enter the glassed in central room (at the base of the stairs) and grab the Gold Keycard from the desk. Approach the doorway and hack the keypad, then activate the door to move through it.
Move forward and note the elevator shaft to your right. Drop down into it, then off the lowered elevator, and you'll be on the lower level. Do your best to stay out of the view of the roaming guards (it's dark, so they'll have trouble seeing you), and make your way to the green lit doors at the far end of the room. Pass through either one, then approach the security pad on the red lit door to your right. Activate it and pass through the door. CHECKPOINT.
Take cover behind the crates and begin picking off the men you see in front of you, both on the ground and on the main structure. You will be spotted no matter what, so it's best to take out as many as you can from this safe location. When you're satisfied with how much of the area you've cleared out, move along the left wall to the elevator at the end (you can also climb the structure, where you'll find Body Armor, but the elevator is a more protected path).

Ride the elevator up and exit. Approach the console and lower the bridge to the central structure. Use a scope to spot to take out enemies from afar, including the man on the mounted gun to the right. Move across the bridge to the main portion of the structure, then head right, toward the green lit door. Watch out for another man behind a mounted gun as you cross.
Don't move through the green lit door. Instead, hop on the rail gun across from it and let off a few shots. Enemies will come through the door. Pop them as they emerge. Once they stop coming, enter the area behind the green door. Look for Jack in either the room to the right or to the left. If he's not there, move across the catwalk to the lower cells and look for him. When you spot him, enter the cell (hack the security pad to open the cell up, if necessary), and you'll complete the mission.
