Your goal is to fight your way out, protecting Jack as you go. Jack will immediately run forward. He'll stop at the base of the bridge. Run up the stairs behind him and get on the mounted gun. With it, shoot those shooting at Jack. If you want the M60, which is the gun that's mounted, hit "Y". However, I left it alone...it's too bulky. Once you've cleared the enemies out, follow Jack forward. See if you can find among the remains of any of the guards a Flash Grenade, as they can come in quite handy.

Take cover at the door and shoot those shooting at you from the main structure. Once you've cleared the majority of those on the structure, Jack will run out and make use of the mounted gun. Run to the other gun to the right and do some damage of your own. When the enemies stop coming, hop off and run across the structure to door on the opposite side. Beat Jack to it so he doesn't enter before you. There may or may not be enemies already flooding from behind the door. Do what you can to pick off those beyond it then toss a Flash Grenade past the door. While enemies are blind, take them out. Also, feel free to toss your UGL at the group behind the door for an extra blast, just make sure Jack isn't in the area.
Once you've cleared the area, follow Jack (and the waypoints) to a cracked wall. Use your Demo Kit to blow it open, then turn around and shoot those behind you. When they're down, move through the hole in the wall.
Take cover and take out those shooting at you and Jack. Be sure to eliminate those on the mounted guns atop the hangars, as they are most dangerous. Once you've cleared them out, approach the hangar in front of you (Jack is safe in the hangar to your right). Move to the front of the hangar, watch the hangar door open up, kill those inside, then blow up the three hovercrafts by shooting each one until it blows. This will complete the Support: Incapacitate Hovercraft objective. When this is done, climb the stairs to the top of the hangar.
Here you'll spot a few men atop the next hangar. Eliminate them, then look all around the perimeter of the area, and start picking off the men on the motor pool perimeter. When you feel you've taken out most of the guards, run to the stairs at the far end of the area (near the gate). At the top, enter the first protected area for Body Armor. Then run past it to the tall tower. Inside you'll discover a wheel. Turn it to open the gate.
Head back to your entrance to this area and, more specifically, to the hangar where Jack is waiting for you, via the catwalk surrounding the motor pool. Along the way, collect the Rocket Launcher from the gun mount in the first corner you'll pass on the catwalk. Mount the gun then hit "Y" to grab it. Once you reach Jack in the hangar, move toward the front of the craft and opt to "drive". Guide the craft down the canal and out into semi-open water for a new primary objective.
Once you emerge into semi-open water, move and look left. Here you'll see a radar tower. Your goal is to destroy the power units at the base of the radar tower. Since you're not in control of the Rocket Launcher, your goal is simply to put the Hovercraft in a position where Jack can get a few good shots in (without getting too much damage yourself). The power units are thin metal structures. There's one at the end of the left dock, if you want to identify one. However, if you just continue to move back and forth in front of the radar tower, Jack will take the power units out on his own.
Move behind the radar tower and hang a right, remaining close to the back wall. Move through the tunnel, then, at the end, stop and let Jack take out the men atop the archway ahead of you. When he stops shooting, continue forward. When you reach the open water area, head left. Look out for mines as you go. Go as far left as you can. You'll eventually run into the side of a cliff, with a waterfall and dead-end tunnel to your left, and a land bar to your right. Cross the land bar to the open water on the other side. Here, an enemy Hovercraft will come your way. Let Jack take it out, then move through the next tunnel to complete the mission.
