You begin in the Filth Room. On the floor is the FLORAL LETTER. It's from Amanda. She asks that you meet her "where you can see the sky".
Select the Floral Letter and have Brown "Find" it. He'll run down the hallway. Before you catch up to him, enter the first room on the right, Middle Class Luggage.
Pick up the STEEL PIPE. It is a good weapon. Equip it. Exit out and follow Brown to Engine 3 Maintenance.
Head through to Sector 7 Cargo Bay.
Explore this room to find the crying Princess in front of a chalkboard and the mischievous Prince on the other side of a fence. Continue on to the door where Brown is barking. Go through.
You see Amanda ride a lift (elevator). Follow Brown to the lift and hit "X" near it to get on. You have a choice of "Upper", "Middle", or "Lower". Choose "Upper". When the elevator stops, get off and climb the ladder.
Here you watch an odd cutscene with the hunchback Amanda. Diana spies in on you. You automatically return to the bottom of the ladder.
Brown will lead you to a fence door. Open it to enter Working Class Luggage.
Amanda is sitting at the sewing machine. Talk to her. She is working on a present for you. Look in one corner of the room to find the LOLLIPOP on the floor. Exit the room. You are back in Sector 8 Cargo Hold.
You get hit with a piece of paper. Pick it up. It's a summons for you and Amanda to appear at the gift box. Enter Sector 8 Stairway. In the corner is the impetuous Princess. She tells you that Peter smells like pee. Thanks for the tip freaky girl. Head up to First Class Guest Sector.
Brown is scratching at the Library door. Go through.
Speak to Amanda. Then, speak to the wise-looking Princess, Meg. She tells you that Sir Peter has gone missing. Peter is a Rabbit. It's up to you and Amanda to find him. Head back down to Sector 8 Cargo Bay.
Follow the hall and you'll see a bunny hopping away. It turns the corner toward the Filth Room. Attempt to go into the Filth Room and the mysterious man will appear to give you a new storybook...it's inside the Filth Room. And, did he just call you Joshua?
Pick up PETER'S DROPPINGS. Now, Brown has something to smell. Pick up the paper laying on the floor. This is SIR PETER, the storybook. After you take it, Sir Peter the rabbit will appear and run away. Save at the Bucket Knight. Exit.
Select Peter's Droppings from your menu and have Brown "Find" them. Avoid the Imps as you follow Brown to Sector 10 Crew Cabin (make sure to follow Brown and the rabbit through Sector 9...don't just go straight to Sector 10).
Grab the KITCHEN KNIFE from the table. Peter is under the table at this point. Go to where Brown is barking, near the table. Approach Peter to make him run away. Many Imps will drop in. You can fight them or run away. If you choose to fight, I prefer the Steel Pipe because of its range, but use whatever weapon you like. At this point, Brown will be trying to get to the rabbit via the door to 3rd Passenger Corridor, however, if you try to open the door a bag head girl will close it.
Instead, head out the door to Section 11 Maintenance.
Select the Biscuit Tin and have Brown find two Biscuits on the path. Continue forward. Locate the second open room on the left. Inside is MINCED PIE (health). If you would like to save, the next door down, the Generator Room, leads to the Sewage Treatment room, which contains a Bucket Knight. Otherwise, continue forward. Enter the next door on the left, the Smoking Room.
Fight the three Imps. Examine the newspaper. It's an article about the murders of all of the children at the orphanage. Great. Just great. Also, note the date: Dec. 20, 1930. It hasn't happened yet. Ahhhhhh!!! Go through the next door.
Look familiar? You have simply found another way to get here. Very handy! Follow Brown to the Men's Lavatory.
The rabbit is in one of the four stalls. To determine which one it is, knock on each door. The one that doesn't knock back is the rabbit. If you mess up and an Imp comes out, simply leave and re-enter to reset the puzzle. After the rabbit runs away, exit the lavatory and follow Brown, and the rabbit, back to Sector 8 Cargo Bay...avoid the Imps along the way. Make sure to follow the rabbit, wherever he goes!
Go through the first door on the right, the one that Brown is scratching, Middle Class Luggage.
The rabbit is in a piece of luggage, hopping in place. Approach it and hit "X" to make the rabbit jump out. If you haven't picked up the Steel Pipe, do so now. The rabbit escapes. Exit out.
At this point, I highly recommend a Save in the Filth Room. You'll see why in a moment. Continue on to Sector 7 Cargo Bay via Engine 3 Maintenance.
Here you watch a disturbing cutscene starring some Imps and a bag of hare...hare, get it! Anyway, Mr. Hoffman enters the area. He's had better days. You have to fight him.
Since the fighting mechanics in this game are so poor, this fight can be quite frustrating. You may die a few times, which is why I recommended the recent save point.

Note, I had a Lollipop, the Minced Pie, and three Biscuits going into this fight. I used them all and had about 1/3 of my health upon defeating him.
When he's defeated, pick up the WARM BAG. Head to First Class Guest Sector.
Amanda is kneeling on the floor. Go up to her. Give her the Warm Bag by selecting it and hitting "Use". Peter is OK. Phew. Go up to the door and hit "X" to go through. This will launch yet another disturbing cutscene. That stupid rat on a stick!
At this point you can choose from three chapters. Each storybook is laying on a box. It doesn't matter which you choose to do first. For organization's sake, I'll go left to right.
