6. Kalinatek Building

Kalinatek Building - Langley, Virginia

Infiltrate Kalinatek

Go past the cars in the garage and take out the guards (you can kill bad guys again...phew!)

Collect the MED KIT in the small office and go through the door.

Go up the stairs. You have 3 guards to kill and a MED KIT in the valet office. Go straight ahead and jump on top of the crates.

Jump to the box outside the window, then jump up to catch the wire above. Move along the wire and soon, it'll start sliding you to another hanging platform. From here, jump across to the ledge by the window and find the Rappel point. Rappel down and get onto the glass ceiling of the hallway below. If the glass doesn't automatically break, shoot it. Drop down into the hallway.

A guard in front of you will come for you. Kill him and gather his Data Stick. This will give you the Security Door Keypad Code.

Continue through the sliding glass doors.


Access Kalinatek's Fire Emergency System to Open the Fire Doors Surrounding Ivan

You just went through the glass doors. Now, use your newly acquired key code on the door to your right. Enter.

In this room is some 5.56 MM AMMO. Collect it. Turn off the lights and enter the next room.

Jump up into the vent instead of going through the door. Work you way through. Drop into the room with the fish tank. Move forward.

Take out the two guards in the hall (I STICKY SHOCKED them). Then a thrid will come. Get rid of him, too. You can also poke out and shoot the wall mine. This will take out the 2 guards and leave you with one around the corner, by the elevator.

Shoot the Proximity Mine if you haven't already. When it blows, go grab the MED KIT in the area behind its placement.

Run to the end of the hall. Crouch and enter the elevator.

Crouch and exit the elevator. The lights will come on. Shoot the two guards that come at you. Once of them is carrying a Data Stick.

Head down the dark hallway, past the opened door. At the end of the hall, stand in the shadows and shoot the guard that comes after you. If you do it right, he'll set off the Proximity Mine and take out everyone else with him.

There's a room behind you with two programmers crouching between two mines. Crouch and approach the mines. From below disable the two mines when they blink GREEN. They'll automatically be into your inventory.

One of the programmers will give you a Keypad code for the archives department.

Exit the room and go left and left again and down the hallway. There's a MED KIT in the closet to your left. Use the Keypad code on the Keypad by the door at the end of the hall.

See Objective Below to disarm the bomb, then restore power to fire door circuit.

From the fuse area, head back up the steps. Take out the man behind the glassed in area up the stairs. Pick up his satchel for the Keypad Code on Floor 3. Use the code on the door next to you.

Head up the stairs and pick up the FRAG GRENADE on the table. Toss it in down the hall where you see the men wandering. Shoot any survivors.

In the second office on your left you'll meet an injured programmer. Pick him up and take him to the infirmary down the hall. Watch out for the guard. When you get the programmer to the infirmary, pick up the MED KITS, and talk to him again. You'll be told Ivan is on the 5th floor.

Continue down the hall. Crouch and enter the Server Room. Shoot the guard at the computer, and use the computer. This will open the fire doors.


Disarm the Bomb Planted in the Archives Room

You're through the KeyPad door. Doube jump on the vertical pole above you, bring up your feet and work your way over the flames.

When you can no longer move, fall down and go through the room to your right. Keep an eye out for Proximity Mines. Shoot them out. Exit out the next room and pick the lock to the door at the end of the hall.

The bomb is on the far wall in this room, through the flames. Jump on the cabinet in the middle to cross the flames and disarm the bomb.


Restore Power to the Fire Door Circuit by Accessing the Fuse Box Behind the Auditorium

Exit the bomb room, and head down the hall. You're in the auditorium. Take out the 2 guards. Take the stairs behind the stage. Wait for the three men to approach and kill them.

Go into the little "office area" and "switch object". This will restore power. Pick up the FRAG GRENADE, the AMMO and the MED KIT.


Find Ivan before the Russian Mafiosos Kill Him

We just opened up the fire doors. Exit the Server Room and go through the two doors. Head up the stairs and into the next room. Hide in the shadows and take out the guards.

Head through the next door. This is a bathroom. Jump into the vent system.

Move forward and shoot the guard in the next bathroom. The man in the stall is Ivan. Speak to him.


Take Ivan's Encryption Key. Leave Ivan Behind for the FBI.

Ivan will give you the encryption key when you speak with him. The objective will be complete when you enter the elevator at the end of the hall.


Rendezvous with the Osprey for Extraction

Exit the bathroom out the door and run down the hall to the elevator. Head up.

Move forward. Take out the three guards and jump up onto the crates and onto the rooftop platforms to move forward.

Drop down. Keep your eyes out for two more patrolling guards. On a wall before the doorway out of this area is a MED KIT and two AMMO.

After the save point, move to the room on the right using a wall sneak...put your back against the wall and go between the walls. You'll see some guards. This is where I took advantage of my FRAG GRENADES and took out several of them.

Head out the door, if it's opened. If not, you can jump up onto the ladder and take it up and over. There's a FRAG GRENADE on top of a huge crate. Take the door at the end of the hall and head up the wooden stairs.

Up the stairs there will be some men looking out for you. Zoom in on the guys on top and take them out.

Head up the next wooden staircase and go through the door to your left.

In this next room there's AMMO. Pick it up. Down the blue hall are three guards speaking. You can take them all out with a nicely placed FRAG GRENADE.

Before heading down the blue hall, go into the room on your right to pick up more AMMO.

Continue down the hall. There's a room to your left. Shoot out the Proximity Mine and be prepared for more guards.

Go through the second door on the left and work your way out.

There's a cell on your right. Pick up the AMMO and MED KIT.

Continue outside. Turn right and go past the red lit staircase. Toss a FRAG GRENADE through the opened door and take out the guard/s. You can also shoot the barrels. If any remain, you're going to have to shoot them. Look out behind you.

Now head past the are where you blew the guys up and you'll have a cut scene. You'll have to take out the men on the scaffolding.

Shoot at the first guy before he heads up. It's much easier to kill him on the ground or while he's climbing. For the second guy, hide in the shadows. Stay near the area where you dropped in. Look up and right. You'll see some plywood covering two directions. The guard will walk back and forth into the "opening". If he's not moving, shoot into the area and he'll investigate. Take him out and head up the scaffolding.

When you reach the top, your mission is over. Way to go.
