Infiltrate the Embassy via the Upper Floor
Head behind you and to the right. Enter the kitchen door and turn off the lights. Two guards from the dining room will come after you. Use the darkness to take them out. Knock out the chef. In the kitchen there is a ladder up (it's kind of hidden, near the window into the dining room. Then take the next ladder up.
Move across the plank into the next room. Wait in the shadows for the guard to come. Exit out the opposite balcony. Climb the pole and zipline across. Take the ledge all the way over to the other side. Drop down and climb the pole. Crouch on the grate and you'll fall in.
In the room with the blown hole there's a MED KIT. Go through the hole and wall sneak to the opposite side, then climb down the pole. Wall sneak some more. There are three guards. I shot the first one (guarding the hole) from afar with a DISTRACTION CAMERA, then gassed him. Then I did the wall sneak and waited for the other two guards to move (after the initial conversation). Then I snuck around and took them out with STICKY SHOCKERS.
Pick up two satchels. One has a WALL MINE, the other a Data Stick. Go into the next room and use the computer.

Go through the door and up the stairs. Hide in the shadows of the stairwell and take out the two guards in the room upstairs. Before entering the room, shoot the camera above you and to your left.
Go into the door in front of you down the hall. In the next room are some sleeping guards. You can simply punch them out. Grab the MED KIT, AMMO, and FRAG GRENADE.
Listen to Grim tell you about the thermal keypad trick and then open the door. Once the keypad door is open, you are free to take out the two guards. Approach the key pads with your Thermal Vision on. You are entering the code based on how "warm" the keys are, the least changed is the first number, the most changed is the last. It's hard and you have to be quick, so I'll just tell you the code: 1-4-3-6.
Through the door and to the right you have a Turret Gun. Jump up onto the ledge directly behind the open door and drop down behind the turret gun.
Jump on the ledge above the Turret. Get on top of a vase, then get onto the ledge above and disable this Turret. Two guards will come forward. You can either take them out here, or run into the room on the right to regroup, then kill them. *Lunabeanie Dan Chestnut suggests here that you do "not disable the turret gun, but rather disable the IFF, so when the two guards come round the corner, you do not have to do anything but watch the turret gun do all of the work for you!!!". Excellent tip, Dan. Thanks.
Behind the Turret gun is a pipe that goes across and over the room below. Take it across. Two men will approach. Let the guy in the red hat let the other guy through the door, then drop in on him from behind, grab him, and use him on the retinal scanner. You can also try to drop down, and quickly shoot a RING AIRFOIL ROUND at him to stun him, then get behind him and use his retinas.
Enter the room and take out the guard at the computer. Use the computer and open the window in the room. Fall out.
Run to the clump of trees and rocks. Take out the three guards and the dog through the circular doorway. Move through the circular door. In the water, pretty much directly across from the circular door is gated door. Go thrugh it and the next one.
Take down the one guard in this area, and the camera. Open the door under the camera and enter. Pick up the MED KIT and go through the next door. Work your way through the boxes/shelves. Let the red hat guard use the keypad, then, toast him. Run up, put on your thermal goggles and use the keypad: 9-7-5-3. Go through the door.
Pick up the AMMO and the MED KIT. You'll hear beeping. Take out the camera in the next crate/box room. Take care of the two guards. There is another camera on the other side of this room. Take out the camera. By that second camera, hop up on top of the boxes and take the catwalk across. Run downstairs and shoot one of the gastanks on one of the trucks (it's on the underside of the cabin of the truck...a grey cylinder). If that doesn't get both trucks, blow up the other truck's gastank, too.
Open the trap door near the stairs and go down. A guard will be walking away from you. Take out the first guard in the shadows (STICKY SHOCKER) and hide along the side. Wait for the second guard to be called and follow him.
The guard will enter a code, go through the door and the door will close. When it closes, use your Thermal Goggles on the Keypad to read the code 1-4-5-6.
Moving fast now, call the elevator and take it up. Run down the hall and use the look at the keypad with your Thermal Vision again. This code is 1-8-3-4.
In the red room you'll find another Thermal Keypad door. This code is 7-9-2-1.
In this next room is Feirong. Approach him. Once he says what he has to say, get behind him and interrogate him. Take him over to the computer and use the computer. If you're confused about how to make him "Use Computer," just hold down the action button and use the D-Pad to select, "Use Computer," rather than, "Interrogate."
There will be an explosion. Go through the opened door. Go through the fire and down the metal stairs. Crouch and open the window. Fall down and run to the Helicopter.
You can't kill him until you get the info from the computer.
