DC Area Modders Arrested

Reuters is reporting that federal authorities raided three Washington D.C. area game stores on Dec. 1st and arrested two people for "modding" game consoles. According to
the article the raid involved a small chain called
Pandora's Cube. Pandora's Cube is known for selling $500 "Super Xboxes", which have larger hard drives, and some have up to 15 games installed on those hard drives. These consoles were on open display in the store. The two arrested employees have been charged with "conspiracy to commit copyright infringement and conspiracy to traffic in a device that circumvents technological protection measures".
