EA Hostile Takeover of Ubisoft?

According to many sources, including Forbes.com, gaming giant Electronic Arts is set to buy a 20% stake in French publisher UbiSoft (Tom Clancy, Prince of Persia, Beyond Good and Evil, XIII). The deal, valued at between $85 and $100 million, still needs to clear US regulators. This move by EA seems to intimate an eventual take-over of UbiSoft although neither company has made any public comment.
