EA Hit with Second Class Action Lawsuit

According to an article published by
GamesIndustry.biz, EA is now facing its second class action lawsuit. Both lawsuits deal with overtime pay (or lack there of), and, if nothing else, are bringing to the forefront "Quality of Life" issues for those who work in the gaming industry who are often bound by state laws which exempt certain creative workers for overtime regulations. Even EA's VP of Human Resources announced, "The work is getting harder, the tasks are more complex and the hours needed to accomplish them have become a burden. We haven't yet cracked the code on how to fully minimize the crunches in the development and production process. Net, there are things we just need to fix." Yes, EA, there certainly are things you need to fix.
