Xbox 360 Version of FFXI to Require Hard Drive?

While most people would assume that any new version of Final Fantasy XI would require a hard drive, as previous versions (PS2 and PC) have relied so heavily upon one, GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that Microsoft may be a bit on the embarrassed side as its first Square Enix offering may not work on many of its Xbox 360 consoles. The consequences of providing an optional hard drive are beginning to sprout.
