"The People vs. Common Sense"

Gamergod today has good post by a jkdove, titled, "The People vs. Common Sense," which details the recent anti-video game law out of Michigan, Michigan SB-0416. The recent spate of such laws will not stand up to the Constitutional test, yet it hasn't stopped California and other states from passing similar legislation.
