Capcom brings us yet another innovative game for the Nintendo DS. This time you star as Phoenix Wright, a rookie attorney who must find evidence, interview witnesses, and present the best possible case to get your defendant off the hook.

Romancing SaGa (PS2)
From Square-Enix, Romancing SaGa (or Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song in Japan) is the 3-D remake of the 2-D turn-based RPG of the same title, released for the SNES in 1992. The original Romancing SaGa was the first in the now popular SaGa franchise. Like the original, the remake will allow you to play as one of eight characters in a free-roam scenario system.

*SOCOM 3: US Navy SEALs (PS2)
Zipper Interactive and SCEA have teamed up to bring us the third game in the incredibly popular SOCOM series. Like before, you control elite SEALs forces in squad based action. The SOCOM games are known for having decent single-player campaigns, but truly shining in their online gameplay.

*SSX: On Tour (PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, PSP)
IGN, Gamespot and Gamespy have various release dates for the different console versions of this game, but they all agree the PSP version is being released on the 11th. Gamestop and EB say all versions come out on the 11th. Since Gamestop and EB are responsible to those who have pre-ordered the games, I'm thinking they are most accurate with the release dates.
The SSX extreme snowboarding series from EA is our favorite extreme snowboarding series, and I, personally, can't wait to see it on the PSP. Gamecube SSXers can look forward to appearances by Mario, Luigi and Peach.

*Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge (PS2, Xbox)
This long-awaited game marks the Nightmare's first appearance on consoles, and is being touted as a sequel to the original film. That's quite a lot for a game to live up to, but we'll definitely give it a shot, particularly since it's the right time of year for such a spooktacular gaming event.
