VSDA Sues California Over Video Game Law

The Video Software Dealers Association has today filed suit against the state of California to get the state's recently signed
Violent Video Game Law declared unconstitutional. Hey, VSDA, you don't need to sue. I'll do it right now. California's Violent Video Game Law
is unconstitutional. If only Arnie would have listened to me months ago. Now, because the ultimate weight lifter and Governator lacks a backbone of any kind, the people of California will be paying for a trial to prove what we all already know to be true. The First Amendment is a bitch, and it protects even the ugliest forms of expression. Oh, and even those under the age of 18 have First Amendment rights. Why people in government don't know that is beyond me.
