Judge Blocks California Video Game Law

Judge Blocks California Video Game Law

Thursday - December 22, 2005
When are you politicians ever going to start listening to me? I have told you time and time again that governmental regulation of video games is unconstitutional, and you just keep trying and trying.
I am neither lawyer nor judge, but time and time again I have pointed out the cases in Illinois, Michigan, and Washington, the only states that have passed violent video game legislation, each, now, not allowed to enforce the legislation because judges have ruled that such legislation unconstitutional.
