Battlefield: Modern Combat Announced for the PS2

Thanks to Gamespot for reporting that EA has announced its popular Battlefield series will make its debut on a console, the PS2. Due out later this year, Battlefield: Modern Combat will be playable by up to 24 people online. Each player can choose to play as one of three superpowers: the US, China, or the Middle East Coalition. This may be a little too real for me!
