Allison and I are lucky enough to have our very own home city, Portland, OR, host the 2004 Christian Game Developers Conference (cgdc.org
), July 30 and 31. Rest assured, we'll attend at least one day of the conference and report back on the state of Christian gaming. I'm sure that we'll be shocked and apalled by many of the games in development and I'll try to hold back Allison as she argues about why "The Passion of the Christ" really WOULDN'T make a good video game. I can see it now, "Press the "x" button to make Jesus suffer."
