Need for Speed Underground 2 Announced

According to Gamespot.com EA has plans to release a free roaming "Need for Speed Underground 2." The new game, scheduled for release in Fall of '04 will be based in a cityscape with 5 distinct neighborhoods. The player will drive around the city trying to find racing challenges and info on parts for their cars. With 30 licensed vehicles and a plethora of add ons there are over 70 billion car combinations. Sounds like fun to me.
