," to Congress. In general, the gaming industry is doing better in voluntary compliance with ESRB
ratings however, gaming magazines aimed at teens and pre-teens still contain ads for "M" rated games. Gaming mags are getting around that "rule" by placing ads for "Rating Pending" games that they know will be "M" but aren't yet classified. Very sneaky.
