Infinium Labs Not to Release Phantom Until 2005?

Whereisphantom.com is reporting that "Infinium Labs has no intention of releasing the Phantom Console on November 18th", and will, instead, aim for a March 2005 release. The news concludes with a funny little editorial about how those at Infinium Labs believe the Whereisphantom.com website is a "hate site", when that is, according to the site owner, not true. Gee, I wonder why those at Infinium are so sensitive? Could it be because they use sites like Lunabean to post lawsuit information without disclosing who they are and creating titles like, "Ilabs sues HardOCP, looks like HardOCP is screwed, ugly", causing site owners to not trust them nor their products? Could be. Oh, and by the way, HardOCP won the lawsuit, looks like Ilabs is screwed, yay.
