DS to Add MP3 and Movie Playback

According to many sources, including Reuters, Nintendo quietly put a notice on their website announcing an add-on device that will play MP3s and MPEG-4 video. The device is only slated for Japan and will cost about $50. This is seen as a move to counter Sony's PSP and it's capabilities, however, I don't think Nintendo really cares a whole bunch about the add-ons. They made a solid device that plays games and that's what they'll stick to.
