"Guy Game" Gets Sued

According to many sources the maker (Top Heavy Studios) and the publisher (Take-Two) of the raunchy and trashy "Guy Game," which has players answer trivia questions resulting in girls taking off their tops, is being sued by a "Jane Doe" who alleges that her image appears in the game. The problem: She was only 17 when that image was recorded. A preliminary hearing by an Austin judge has resulted in a temporary injunction banning the sale of the game. Good riddance. It's games like this that give gamers a bad name.
