According to
this story from Reuters, EA is in talks with several TV production companies regarding a "Sims" interactive TV show. The basic premise is that viewers would control the actions of a family by voting on such things as when to go to bed and when to eat in the kitchen. I imagine it'd be a reality TV show of some kind, but when the show is based on a video game, that line becomes a bit blurry. I think it's a bad idea. America's love affair with reality TV is waning and unless it were something revolutionary, I don't think people would tune in. And, I've never been a fan of internet vote shows (like Big Brother). But hey, that's just me.
