Ion Storm Austin Closes

GameSpy is this morning reporting that Eidos has quietly closed its Ion Storm Austin studio, as they are consolidating to one North American studio in San Francisco. To many, this move marks the end of an era, as the Ion Storm studio gave us some great games, including the Deus Ex franchise and Thief: Deadly Shadows. We wish Eidos the best with this move, and we hope they do, indeed, consolidate and continue to use the talent of the Ion Storm studio.
