Capcom's highly anticipated
Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Inferno (PS2, M-Mature) has shipped today to stores nationwide. Previews and early reviews of the game have been tremendous for this next incarnation of the
Devil May Cry series, with
a review from IGN calling it a "near-perfect action-packed sequel" which "is going to kick your ass". The "kick your ass" aspect of the game comes from the Japanese Hard mode being transformed into the American Normal mode. Despite the great reviews for the game, I don't think we'll be picking it up. Oddly enough,
Devil May Cry games make me angry. I think it has something to do with the tone of the music and the fact that nothing really dies in the games. A woman needs closure.
