Metal Gear Solid 4 Confirmed

Speaking to a crowd at the Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater European launch press event in Berlin, Hideo Kojima, the MGS "mastermind" and series' producer, announced that work is already underway on Metal Gear Solid 4. While few details were provided, the game is expected to launch on the PS3 with a later Xbox360 release. Kojima also informed the crowd that he will be handing the MGS reigns over to Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo veteran Kenichiro Imaizumi, but he will still maintain a position of power as executive producer. We will certainly keep you updated as more details emerge.
