...well, we are very impressed. Once again Ubi has made a highly polished game that shows no apparent flaws, other than the control scheme which I'm still getting used to only because I've played so many games recently with different schemes.
Ubi improved on many of the minor flaws of the previous Splinter Cells including a good 3D map, you don't have to drop a body you're carrying to open a door, there are lots of crawl spaces in which to hide, you can save anytime and they give you a "quick save" which is just that (kind of making your own checkpoints), your pistol's secondary weapon can jam electronic devices and lights, there is a fun new element called "hacking" which allows you to get into computers, there is a noise meter, you have a knife and can cut through tents and paper doors, there is good banter/conversation between enemies, there is good interrogation info from enemies, and there are often two ways to do the same objective.
We have yet to go online with her, but will do so after we finish the solo campaign. Already, a great game and we've only played it for a day!
