Majesco to Make "Taxi Driver"

You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Add Taxi Driver to the recent spate of popular '60's-'70's movies that are coming to a video game console near you. If you haven't been keeping score, The Godfather, Scarface, Jaws, and James Bond 007: From Russia with Love, have all recently been announced as in development. Taxi Driver, the disturbing 1976 Martin Scorsese flick starring Rober DeNiro, is being made into a First Person Shooter by Majesco. It's kind of sad, actually, as the movie is not an action flick and is more about lonliness and utter despair. So, what's up with the old movie trend?
