I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by EA's newly released
The Godfather gameplay screen shots and videos. While I've been excited for the game since the announcement of it last year, I truthfully believed it wouldn't go much further than a
GTA game with a
Godfather theme. These new gameplay screens and videos have me thinking I should expect more out of it, and I now do. EA has truly impressed me.

Godfather news,
The New York Times published an article (subscription only) earlier this week about the effort going into this game, and broke the tragic news that Marlon Brando's voice recordings for the game were of poor quality, and, because of this, an impersonator's voice will be used throughout most of the game.
