"Final Fantasy XII" Gets a Release Date...In Japan

Many sources are reporting that Final Fantasy XII, in development since 1937, has finally been given a release date in Japan: March 16, 2006. A US release date has not yet been determined, but speculation is it will debut later in 2006. We're not big Final Fantasy fans here at Lunabean, although we do have much respect for the series.
