What goes on in S. Korea that makes gamers game themselves to death? Once again,
a S. Korean man has died in a cybercafe after playing an incomprehensible 50 hours of unnamed online games, taking time outs only for bathroom breaks and quick naps on a makeshift bed. The 28-year-old is believed to have died due to, "heart failure stemming from exhaustion."
Again, I ask the question of why this happens so often in S. Korea, and why cybercafes don't kick out customers who game like this, particularly when so many South Korean marathon gamers often use amphetamines to keep them going, which can (and has) resulted in death.
