1Up has put together a great article/picto-chart showing what are, indeed, 23 eerie parallels between the Xbox 360 and Sega Dreamcast. They have included everything from similar logos to MTV debuts to year long pre-competition launches. However, don't let the similarities between the two systems scare you, as 1Up has also included 10 reasons why the Xbox 360 will succeed where the Dreamcast failed.
