Anti-video game ambulance chaser, Jack Thompson, is in the news again. According to Gamespot, a Texas teen was arrested and charged for threatening the life of Mr. Thompson via a phone call. This, by itself, isn't really newsworthy. What makes it newsworthy is that Mr. Thompson had to send out a press release to various media outlets, assuming that, "The torture was to end with the shooting of Thompson, as in this teen's favorite games." First of all note "games". As if there are many games that have you torture and then kill your enemy. Secondly, how does Mr. Thompson know that this teen's favorite games aren't "Project Gotham Racing" or "We Love Katamari"? Hmm?
