Chris Morris, author of CNNMoney's Game Over column
, got his lucky little hands on the Nintendo Revolution Controller
and eight playable demos, including a retro-fitted Metroid Prime
which included the add-on thumb stick. Morris was pleasantly suprised, admitting that he has never been very adept at using a controller. That's music to the ears of Nintendo President, Satoru Iwata, who stated, "I was a developer for many years before my current role, but I've never been a very good gamer...I've never been able to control a first-person shooter, but as soon as I used the Revolution controller, I found it very easy to control the game." Iwata also says that he'd like to see MMORPGs take off on the Revolution.
