Gamespot is reporting that EA is now offering to exchange faulty
Madden PSP discs for ones with "revised software" at no cost to gamers (excluding shipping). The problem, reported at launch in September, had to do with a PSP power down that would occur while playing the game's "franchise mode". EA came up with a work around for the issue, but it involved such a complicated process, they decided to simply exchange the bad discs for good one. For the inconvenience, EA is including two coupons with the new discs, one for $15 off any order from the EA store, the other for free shipping from the EA store.
