Joystiq is reporting on a rumor that the next Grand Theft Auto game will be titled, Grand Theft Auto: London and will be available as a launch game for the PS3, which is expected for the '06 Holiday season. According to the source, the "3-island" system will be replaced by a North, South, East, West system and the game is about 60% done, with the physics and graphics engines both complete. As Joystiq says, this is only a rumor, but seriously, it's about time London enters the GTA world. And, imagine the chaos of a GTA game being a launch game for the PS3. It gives me the goosebumps.
