Many gaming sites, including
1up are reporting on
GameFly's recent policy acknowledging scratched Xbox 360 game discs. While there were some initial, but rare, reports of scratched discs, the fact that GameFly now has a policy regarding the problem does "kick it up a notch". The policy is that if you return a scratched Xbox 360 game to GameFly they'll ask that you don't rent anymore. If you return another scratched disc after the warning, you'll be charged for it. Kameo, we don't have any problems. Apparently, if you move your 360 while a game is spinning, you're asking for trouble. So, don't do that.
