Gamespot is today reporting the
Utah video game bill, which aimed to classify violent video games as "harmful to minors", has missed the Utah State Senate's general session deadline, and has, therefore, been sent back to the House Rules Committee.
This marks a temporary defeat of Utah HB 257, which would have made it a third degree felony, with a minimum fine of $300 and two weeks in prison, for adults (parents included) to expose minors to violent video games.
