Microsoft released a few new items onto the Xbox Live Marketplace today, among them a playable demo of Amped 3.

Jer and I played a bit of Amped 3 when the game came out at the Xbox 360 launch, and we were pleasantly surprised. We worried when 2K games picked up the publishing rights from Microsoft, as Microsoft had done a great job with the first two titles. However, the new publisher was able to step up to the plate and successfully transferred the greatness of previous Amped titles to Amped 3. What's more, they were able to mix up game play enough so it wasn't simply more of the same AND they made it one of the funniest games I've ever played.
