An article out of GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that author and columnist Dean Takahashi has written in his new book, The Xbox 360 Uncloaked: The Real Story Behind Microsoft's Next-Generation Video Game Console, that half of the Xbox 360 team has moved onto a portable handheld project. According to Takahashi, the handheld is meant to compete directly with the Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP, and will be released halfway through the Xbox 360s lifespan.
