See You Sept. 19 on Xbox Live, Literally

Many sources are today reporting that the Xbox Live Vision camera will debut on Sept. 19. The accessory will allow players to view each other as they play on Xbox Live. Obvious uses for the camera include poker games and UNO. However, the applications for this cam go far beyond gaming. Video conferencing is sure to be on its way and I can imagine many businesses opting for this solution to their video conferencing needs. Also, putting your own image into a game, much like Sony has done with the Eye Toy, is sure to be on the slate of things to come.
