Entertainment Software Association president, Doug Lowenstein, yesterday announced that the ESA will sue in the state of Oklahoma to overturn the recently signed HB 3004, which classifies violent games in the same category as pornography, making it a felony to sell such games to minors. The problem with this bill, aside from its obvious conflict with free speech, is the question of who will determine what games fall into this category?
