If you don't know about 'Bully', here is quick summary. The game centers around Bullworth Academy, a reform school where you play as Jimmy Hopkins, a "troublesome schoolboy" who "stands up to bullies, gets picked on by teachers, plays pranks on malicious kids, wins or loses the girl, and ultimately learns to navigate the obstacles of the fictitious reform school." (Rockstar press release)
The game has been mired in controversy. About a year ago, the game started getting attention due to the fact that it is a Rockstar (Grand Theft Auto) game and it's title is 'Bully'. Most infamously, Jack Thompson called the game a "Columbine simulator". There were also various protests outside of Rockstar's NYC offices and an attempt to ban the sale of the game in Florida.
Ultimately, the game received a "T" (teen) rating and from reading previews of the game, it seems that it is not very violent. I'm very excited to get some time in on the game. I'll be starting the Lunabean 'Bully' Walkthrough and Srategy Guide today as well, so check back often for updates.
Here is a trailer of the game for your enjoyment:
