The NYT summarizes it much like everybody else out there: the Wii is affordable, a ton of fun, and great for the whole family; the Xbox 360 is easier to use, has more games, and the same graphics as the PS3 for $200 less; the PS3, well, wait to buy a PS3.
My favorite line from the article:
if you are anything other than a complete Sony fanboy (thatís Internet lingo for an obsessed, myopic groupie) go ahead and forget about the PlayStation 3 this year.
The article is worth a read, especially for those of you out there who don't need CPU, floating point operations, and polygon rendering stats. It's a nice easy-to-read guide to the current console climate.
